Birthday full of love

It's last Monday of this month. This means last challenge of the Paper Makeup Stamps in January. The theme of this week is Hearts Galore. Perfect chance to start your Valentine's Day cards or card to someone you love. So we want to see lots of hearts on your project and digi image of course :)
I was inspired by Valentine's Day to make a card to a lovely lady for her 82nd birthday. Although her health isn't very good she is full of joy, and she spreads it to others too. It's impossible not to smile around her.

I made my own embossing folder (plate actually) for this card. 6mm strips of cardboard was clued to a piece of sturdy paper and I run it through Cuttlebug with silicon mat (white paper between them of course). Easy and effective result.
I used my favorite PMS stamp as a main image - Isabella. I won her by participating on PMS Digi Makeover challenge. And soon after that I was called in the team :) So please join in with us and share your project with digi image. You can win fabulous digid from PMS store.
Isabella is colored with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I also added stickles to her dress and wings.

Inside of the card has same embossed background and two hand-cut hearts. I also put some pieces of Honeyblossom Sprig in there to add some color.

Materials used:
Stamp: Paper Makeup Stamps - Isabella

Papers: red and white papers from my stash
Inks: Memento - Lady Bug
Coloring: Promarkers, Flexparkers
Embossing: Crafts Too - Dots 5x5"; Craft Concepts - In Bloom; self made striped background embossing sheet
Dies: Memorybox - Honeyblossom Sprig (colored with promarkers and Flexmarkers)
Punches: Heyda border punch
Sentiment: Computer generated
Embellishments: Ranger Stickles - Crystal; Viva Pearl Pen - Ice White; Pearl string from my stash

I'd like to participate on following challenges:

Fancy some tea?

Brrr... It is so cold. In Saturday, I thought my thermometer is broke down. It showed the same numbers for inside and outside temperature. Then I looked closer, I saw that outside was -24C and inside +24C. It's not that cold in out anymore but still freezing. So, only thing I can do is think some warm thoughts and drink lots of tea. Actually, I don't like tea much. I'll drink it only then I feel cold. So right now, I drink it a lot. Mostly peppermint tea.
This week challenge theme at the Paper Makup Stamps blog is Warm Thoughts.

Sentiment: Have a beautiful day!

I made a tea pouch. It holds two packages of tea.  Digi images are from Color It Summer set. Flower is printed three times. Each flower is smaller then other. I colored them with Promarkers and I added some white Flower Soft to the center. After the clue was try, I colored Flower Soft with brown Promarker.

The pouch is closed with piece of Velcro. The flap of my pouch is made with a Spellbinders Label 4 sm die. Designer paper is from Bearly Mine Design. I inked the edges of DP and the tag with Vintage Photo Distress ink.

Inside of the pouch I used other image from Color It Summer set - a little butterfly. It's also colored with Promarkers. Her little antennas are made from white twine (colored with black Promarker).

Sentiment: Beginning of the beautiful day...

Materials used:
Stamps: PMS - Color It Summer

Papers: Bearly Mine Design - Summer's Roses; Peach and white papers from my stash

Winte wonderland

Hello my friends. This week at the Paper Makeup Stamps Blog. we'd love to see your interpretation of 'Winter Wonderland'. Please, use the digi image on it to be eligible for prize.

The frame on front of the card is popped up with a foam tape to add a bit dimension to my card. The image is colored with Promarkers and white gel pen (fur). I added some glitter pen to her dress and hear decoration, and Glossy Accent to her glass. I also used a Flowering Christmas Tree die-cut. I just couldn't resist. It's my favorite die :)

I used lovely Francesca the Cat on my card. I chose this image because I made the card in the beginning of the new year and I was still on the celebration mood :) The first days of New Year was very warm. Temperature was slightly over the zero. Snow started to melt and it seemed that I was living in center of the ice-rink. Ice was everywhere... So I dreamed of beautiful winter wonderland with lovely snow fall. The tree with snowflakes is made by me. I used the same tree as a ghost image under the birthday poem in inside of the card.

White on (not so) white

Hello my friends. It has been so long since I last posted a card in here. I took some time off from blogging and card making during the Christmas. Card making wasn't fun anymore because I was in time trouble. My design team cards was on last minute and I hated that feeling. I needed a little brake. And on that time I manged to make some DT cards for future challenges and that feels so good :)  At least next few weeks I don't have to worry about being late :)
Here's my first card on this year.

This week theme on the Paper Makeup Stamps is "White on White."  I put too much color on my white card but I'm sure you can too better :) Just don't forget to use digi image on your project.

I used lots of die-cuts on my card. I really love the white on white but die-cuts didn't show up enough so I added some ink to the edges. I like that it feels old and dirty :)
It is first time for me to use bought paper flowers. They are so beautiful. Somehow the white flower is so yellow on the photo but it's not that color on real.

I used Melody Fairy as my mane image. I flipped her horizontally and after coloring the image with Promarkers I noticed that notes was backward. Ups! So I covered them with white gel pen and re-draw the notes. Lesson learned: some digistamps are not meant to flip! I hope I can remember it :)

Inside of the card is simple as always. Background layer is made with help of Score-pal. Butterflies are stamped with Black ink, colored with Promarkers and die-cutted with matching framelits.
Materials used:
Papers: CraftworksCard card base, white paper from my stash
Stamps: PMS - Melody Fairy; Sizzix Framelits w stamps - Butterflies #3
Coloring: Promarkers; Pergamano - White gel pen
Inks: TH Distress Ink - Tea Dye; Memento - Tuxedo Black; Printer
Dies: Spellbinder Nestabilites - Label Four sm; Marianne Design - Anja's Edge; Memory Box - Honeyblossom Sprig; Sizzix Framelits w stamps - Butterflies #3
Punches: Heyda border punch
Embellishments: Ranger Stickles - Crystal; DoCrafts - Back to Basic Christmas gems; Kort and Godt - White and Light Blue Paper Roses; Ribbon from my stash
