Festive Florals and Foliage

Can you believe it - after Today, it's 7 more Sundays until Christmas. And only two more challenges to enter at the Stamping Sensation this year. You better act fast, because we have awesome prizes (as always). This month we like to see projects with Festive Florals and foliage (and stamping, of course).

We have a new sponsor this month 'be Creative!' who have just launched a brand new range of craft products. 'be Creative!' will be launching their new web site very soon but in the meantime you can keep up to date by following their Facebook where you will see some of the new products. You can also contact Gordon and Justin by e.mail here. The products were recently well received at their launch on Hochanda and will also be available at the NEC Hobbycraft show on 5th through 8th November.

This months lucky winner will receive the wonderful hamper of goodies pictured above valued about £60 which will include
be Creative! Signature tote bag, be Creative! glue wand, paper pad, tags, embellishments, self-adhesive 3D borders and Ink blending tool with refills.

On my card I used beautiful paper from 'be Creative!Winterland collection.

Flowers are stamped with StazOn Jet Black ink with stamps from  Creative Expressions Pinstripped Poinsettias set. They are colored with Distress inks and cut out with matching dies - Creative Expressions Classic Poinsettias. I also added some sparkle with Icicle Stickles.

I sprinkled some Super Thick White Embossing powder to the background and heat embossed from back side of the paper.

For the matting layer, I used kraft paper. I love blue and brown together. I also added some pearls all around the card.

Materials used:
Pattern Papers: beCreative (Winterland collection)
Stamp Credits: Creative Expressions (Pinstripped Poinsettias);
Embossing PowdersSparkle N Sprinkle (Super Thick White)
InksStazOn (JetBlack), Distress Ink (Salty Oceans, Broken China, Peeled Paint);
Dies: MemoryBox (Jasmine Frame), Creative Expressions (Classic Poinsettias);
Embellishments: Pearls, Stickles (Icicle);
Cardstock: White, Kraft;
All others: Gelly Roll (Clear Star gel pen);

Thank you for the visit!
Hugs & smiles,
Eret

  3. So pretty Eret. I too love the being and blue color combination. Love to see Poinsettias done in other colors rather than red.
