I used Digi Version of Luck of the Irish Enchantress - St. Patrick's Day stamp set as a main image. Cool thing about SNS digis is that beside the line art they also come a with a pre-colored image. This time I went an easier way and decided to use colored image. After I used a Spellbinders Oval die to cut it out, I inked the edges with Salty Ocean Distress ink. With Small tip Nuvo Glue Pen I added some Lemonade and Lady Luck glitters to the image.
You can't see it on the photo very well, but I added Mother of Pearl Nuvo Embellishment Mousse with small paint brush to the coins. In real life they shine really nicely.
Matting layer is cut with Spellbinders die (Labels eighteen), covered with Large Nuvo Glue Pen and Lady Luck glitter.
I made my own sparkling ribbon by covering both sides of the strip of
1/2" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape with
Lady Luck glitter. This ribbon acts as a pull to reveal the ...
... hidden sentiment. Sentiment is from
Luck of the Irish Enchantress - St. Patrick's Day rubber set. It is stamped with
Versamark ink and it is heat embossed with Irish Spring Embossing Powder. I love the size of this sentiment. I used Spellbinders die (Floral Ovals) to cut it out. On top of it I attached same die cut shape with a green brad. To make the brad match with my card, I covered it with Emerald City
Nuvo Glitter Drops.
The clovers are from digital stamp set. I printed them in three different sizes. They are colored with Promarkers. With
Small tip Nuvo Glue Pen I added Lady Luck glitter to them. Also a dot of Honey Gold
Nuvo Glitter Drops was added to the center.
To add some shine to the background too I added a
Nuvo Embellishment Mousse (
Mother of Pearl) with
Mini Blender Brush. Edges of the matting layer are covered with
1/4" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape and
Lady Luck glitter.
To finish off the card I used small scrap pieces of
Sticker Paper and die cutted little butterflies with Cheery Lynn Designs Mini Dimensional Butterflies dies. They are covered with
Lemonade Glitter. I also added small dots of Emerald City
Nuvo Glitter Drops to their bodies.
The next stop on our blog hop is Jess. She has a real beauty to share with you.
