I like cards with lots of embellishments and texture. But you don't need much if you have stunning glitters and beautiful stamps. On this card, I used Sparkle N Sprinkle A Rose For You Stamp Set #915.

Nuvo Clear Mark Embossing Ink [101N];
Nuvo Aqua Flow Watercolor Brush Pens - Arabian Night [894N], Festive Season [895N];

I love to play with Nuvo Aqua Flow Watercolor Brush Pens. I used pens from Arabian Night and Festive Season sets to make the background for the stamped image. I brushed water to the watercolor cardstock and then colored the sheet with three different Aqua Flow Pens. While everything was still wet, I sprinkled Cherry Bomb Nuvo Shimmer Powder to few places. I love how the colors melted into each other and the shimmer left from the powder.
After the background was dry, I stamped the image and the sentiment from A Rose For You Stamp Set with Nuvo Clear Mark Embossing Ink. It was heat embossed with Gold Detail Embossing Powder. I drew the 'shadows' with White Gel Pen to help the image pop out a bit better.
I stamped the image with Nuvo Black Shadow Hybrid ink two more times to the smooth cardstock and colored them with Nuvo Marker Pens. I used scissors to fussy cut one image entirely. From another image, I needed only the vase. Flower Stem has adhered directly to the background. Rest of the pieces has adhered with the foam tape. The vase was covered with Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops.
I used a die from Spellbinders Radiant Rectangle set to die cut the colored background. Sides of the die cut was inked with Versamarker Pen and I heat embossed it with Gold Detail Embossing Powder. I didn't have a die to cut the matting layer for it, so I adhered the colored piece to the Sticker Paper and fussy cut it slightly bigger by following the top layer. Sticker Paper was covered with Gold Dust Glitter.
Because this card needed more sparkle, I covered edges of the cardstock panel with 3/4" Double Sided Tear-ific Tape and Rosy Red Glitter. Then I dumped some Gold Detail Embossing Powder to the coffee filter and drag the edges of the glitter panel through the embossing powder. It stuck enough to heat emboss the powder from the back side of the panel (it flew off if I tried to heat it above).
I adhered some HAI Supply Mixed Clear Drops to my card as a subtle embellishment.
Thank you for the visit!
